Lime	Oak	Horse Chestnut	Sycamore

All children belong to one of our four school teams. 

Our new school team names were chosen by the children and are called:

Sycamore

Oak

Lime

Chestnut

The team names are all trees that can be found on our school site and are also native to the UK. 

Children can earn team points for excellent behaviour , attitude and exceptional effort. Teams are also a opportunity for children to work together with different year groups from across the whole school. Members of the school council designed our new team emblems and our artist in residence has worked with groups of children from each team to design and make a shield representing different aspects of each of the trees.  

Team shields will be displayed in each of the school halls. 

Team points are collected on a Friday and the winning team from each school department is announced at the Friday celebration assembly.
