Welcome to Year 3! We are absolutely delighted to welcome all of our pupils and families back to school and are looking forward to an exciting and successful year ahead.

Year 3 is a very special year as the children continue their journey into Key Stage 2, growing in confidence, independence and responsibility. We have planned a rich and engaging curriculum that is centred around high-quality core texts, allowing pupils to immerse themselves in exciting stories while developing their reading, writing and comprehension skills.

Across the year, children will explore a wide range of subjects through creative and stimulating lessons. From developing their mathematical reasoning skills to investigating fascinating topics in science, history and geography, there will be many opportunities for curiosity, collaboration and discovery. We will also continue to nurture creativity through art, music, design and physical education.

Our P.E days will be on Monday children should come in their school PE kit: White t-shirt, black shorts/joggers and trainers.
